Michael Moran

Michael is an experienced business leader with 25 years’ involvement in all aspects of the UK and European real estate sector.

Founded on experience as a market-leading investment analyst, Michael understands the dynamics of the property sector whether viewed as an investment class, an operational asset or as a means to facilitate economic growth within the public sector.

Michael has worked on projects in and around Luton and the M1 corridor since 2014 and is presently Chief Operating Officer of 2020 Developments; the sister company of Luton Town Football Club. Within this role the principal objective is to deliver a new stadium for LTFC as a centrepiece of a regeneration project for a 20-acre site in the town centre to also include 1,200 homes alongside commercial and leisure space.

In addition to the above Michael has led the planning and promotion of a 40-acre employment site at Junction 10 of the M1 plus a range of other commercial projects in the region. Key to all of this work has been positive engagement with key statutory bodies such as Historic England, the Environment Agency, National Highways and UK Power Networks.
