Naomi Butters

Naomi Butters is a Co-Founder and the CEO of ICENA, a social enterprise which provides workplace and professional development training to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment.  

Naomi’s leadership has been recognised through her inclusion in Euclid Network’s ‘Top 100 Trailblazing Leaders in Social Enterprise’ and NatWest’s ‘Social Business Awards SE100’.

With an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School, she continues to provide strategic advice, focusing on gender equality and supporting survivors of sexual violence, while creating impactful partnerships with key stakeholders.

Based in Northamptonshire and in her role of CEO at ICENA, Naomi has worked closely with community groups, local authorities, and businesses to develop initiatives that promote gender equality and empower women. Her advocacy for the voluntary sector and social enterprises has led to sustainable partnerships and funding that support local economic development and social change, ensuring long-term community resilience and growth.
